Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of zordant.com and any website, application, or service operated by Zordant, a sole proprietorship based in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, India, including its products such as Jyotina. By accessing or using our services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the services.

Zordant develops and operates AI software products delivered over the internet. Features may be offered free of charge, as one-time purchases, or on a subscription basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or withdraw features at any time, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect a paid service.

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative services from our software or outputs without written permission.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of our systems, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Upload malicious code or content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• Misrepresent our output as professional advice to third parties.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways; Zordant does not store card credentials. Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated term until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All software, designs, text, graphics, and the names, logos, and marks of Zordant and its products, including “Zordant” and “Jyotina”, are the proprietary property of Zordant and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are granted by implication.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us the licence necessary to process it in order to operate the service.

All content generated by our products, including astrology, numerology, and life-guidance content produced by Jyotina, is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

It does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal, or any other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on it.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services we rely on, including payment gateways, hosting, and AI providers, are outside our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zordant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Zordant for the service in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify Zordant against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.

You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued provision is not commercially viable. Accrued payment obligations survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Katni, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services.
